Here is the “Why?” behind Chelsea’s calling to work in Adoption
I feel called to work in Adoption because I have a cousin who was Adopted but I have never thought of her that way. From the minute I was told I have a new cousin she was family to me. She’s my baby cousin and I love her, it’s as simple as that. I think adoption is a beautiful thing. Growing families through Adoption is something I wanted to be a part of because I know firsthand what a blessing it is.

If you had a Superpower, what would it be?
I would like to teleport from place to place with just a thought of where I wanted to go. Imagine all the money you’d save on gas!
What is your favorite verse and/or quote?
Favorite verses: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen.” – Hebrews 11:1
“I loved you at your darkest.” – Romans 5:8
What are your hobbies or interests?
I don’t really have time for hobbies! But I love spending time with my husband, going to the beach, and playing volleyball. I’m definitely my happiest when doing one of those things, even better if all three of them are combined!
Do you have a hidden talent most people don’t know about?
I am a licensed hairstylist. I love making people feel pretty!
What one accomplishment are you most proud of?
Other than accepting the Lord as my personal Savior, the next greatest decision I have made was marrying my best friend. He’s an amazing man and I snatched him up! That’s an accomplishment in my book. 😉
What do you do to relax?
A day at the beach is always nice; otherwise, I love a lazy movie day at home, in my jammies with my honey.
What pets do you have?
We have a very clumsy, silly, loving, German Shepherd puppy named Bear.
Interesting fact about your life.
As I have gotten older I have learned that friends come and go but family is always there for me. I know this is not everyone’s experience but I am lucky that it is mine. I am a granddaughter, daughter, sister, cousin, Auntie, and wife. My family is my rock. They simultaneously keep me sane while also driving me crazy but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
