We are Aaron, Nina & Emersyn. Thank you for taking a moment to consider looking more into who we are as a family. Aaron and I met nearly 6 years ago and have been married just over 4 years. Throughout that time we have tried to grow our family but were reminded that our plans are not always God’s plan for our lives. Through that grief and loss, we found hope in adoption and the promise of life that God provides. We put our faith in him and trust that we’ve been brought to Adoption Answer through his goodwill and trust in us as future parents. When we first began talking about having a family we had always considered adoption as a way to continue growing our family. It wasn’t a matter of if, but when. We’re excited to be at the start of that journey and ready to embrace the gift of adoption.
Our family is a balance of the adventurous and the comfortable. We enjoy being outside, exploring the mountains or our neighborhood with our two Boxer dogs Rocky and Claire, just as much as we love a good movie night, cooking dinner together or snuggling up in a rare southern California rain storm. We love the adventure that our son Emersyn takes us on in all his extracurricular activities; from Hockey to Baseball, choir and (soon)band. Ultimately, we enjoy being together, laughing together and learning together.
Aaron and I both work from home, and have for many years, which affords us the luxury of being present and involved in raising Emersyn and future children that we add to our family. We’re blessed and fortunate and can’t wait to grow our love with another precious member of our family. We’d love to talk with you more and will pray for you as you make your decision.
